Welcome to the USF Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center
Our center offers advanced patient care and research related to Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders including tremor, dystonia, restless legs syndrome and Huntington's disease. We are very active in the conduct of clinical trials and investigation of new medications and surgeries for the treatment of movement disorders.
The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center is recognized by the National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) as a Center of Excellence and is an active Parkinson Study Group (PSG) site.

Harbourside Medical Tower
Dr. Robert Hauser sees patients near downtown Tampa, in Harbourside Medical Tower at 4 Columbia Drive, Suite 410, next to Tampa General Hospital.
Directions: From I-275 take the downtown Ashley Street exit. Take Ashley Street to Kennedy Boulevard and turn right. Take Kennedy to Hyde Park Boulevard and turn left. Follow signs to Davis Islands and Tampa General Hospital. Harbourside Medical Tower is located between the parking garage and the hospital. Complimentary valet parking is available in front of the building.
USF Medical Clinics
Dr. Theresa Zesiewicz sees patients at USF Medical Clinic, 12901 Bruce B. Downs Blvd.
Directions:
From Interstate 275, exit at Fowler Avenue and travel east to Bruce B. Downs Boulevard (30th Street) and go left. Go right again at West Holly and take the first right onto Pine Drive, and then the first right into the Medical Clinic parking lot.
